This is the best place for discussing general emulation and control
panel design issues etc.
I always answer though so please ask if you can't find the info
anywhere. We are getting an increasing problem of answers to support
questions (and tracking numbers for orders) being "bounced" owing to
customers spam filters. If you are repeatedly sending emails and
receiving no reply, please try to use an alternative address and, as a
last resort please use the phone number below.

All shipments worldwide are via
DHL Express which is tracked. The only exception is the special offer
for I-PAC VE boards which are sent via DHL Global Mail which is not
tracked and available to certain countries only.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Unused goods can be returned in
re-sellable condition for a refund within 30 days. Note we reserve the
right to deduct outbound shipping cost from the refund in certain
circumstances for heavier items where the purchase price includes an
element of shipping cost. Refunds cannot be offered for PCBs which have
had the screw connectors screwed down.
In the rare case of a DOA item
this will be replaced immediately.
All products are warrantied for
full repair/replacement without charge for 1 year excluding items
visibly damaged (exc shipping damage).
All products are further
repaired for parts and shipping cost only for life, provided parts are
still available and the item can be repaired.
