The service is tracked and normally 3 days for most destinations, after it is picked up by DHL. We despatch most orders the
next working day. An email with tracking number will be sent. Shipping
costs: Costs are calculated on a weight basis and start at $12 The charges are capped so we pay most of the shipping on large
orders. Documentation: To keep your shipping costs as low as possible we generally do not send paper documentation.
All information is available online. TAX: EU rules require VAT (tax) to be added to orders from all EU countries. There is no tax added for countries outside the EU.
